Food-grade alcohol is the only solvent that creates a Full Extract Cannabis Oil, also known as RSO. Our Platinum oil is a refined version of this RSO available in our Easy-To-Use applicator and Vape Cartridge.

The quality of any concentrate is determined by how the cannabis is grown and how the oil is extracted. We start with cannabis grown specifically for extraction by our partner farms. We then create our concentrates using ONLY food-grade alcohol. The type of solvent used to make a cannabis concentrate is very important and determines the healing potential of that oil.

Concentrates are made by running a solvent over cannabis flower and trim to extract and concentrate the cannabinoids in the plant, such as THC, CBD, and CBG among others. Common solvents include butane, propane, liquid CO2, and Food-Grade Alcohol. We use food-grade alcohol exclusively, which has unique properties not found in other solvents. Each solvent has different chemical properties that affect the end result of the concentrate. CO2 and hydrocarbons such as butane or propane can create very potent flavorful concentrates, but these solvents leave behind many beneficial components of the plant. Similar to a vitamin supplement these oils have a high concentration of cannabinoids but lack the full spectrum of the plant.
